About Us

Hi! I’m Lauren Dahl. I founded Sojourn Property Management and Real Estate after purchasing my own short-term vacation rental in the 55 South Market building in downtown Asheville. Through getting to know other owners in the building, I realized there was a need for a property management company that would exceed guest and owner expectations while still providing a big dose of southern hospitality and personalized service. I pride myself on delivering unique, technology-driven, guest-oriented property management services to my clients.

In addition to founding and managing the day-to-day of Sojourn Property Management, I am also an active real estate agent and help clients buy and sell primary homes, second homes, investment properties and land. I’ve been licensed in four states since 2009, and I serve my professional community as a certified education instructor for the North Carolina Real Estate Commission.

I grew up in South Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2002 (Roll Tide!). I have lived in Colorado, Utah, and Oregon and currently reside in beautiful Brevard in Western North Carolina with my four young children. I love knitting, sewing, hiking, and planning to (someday) build my dream home in the country.
